To meet your business needs, Toshiba IPedge offers three models:

  • IPedge EP: Supports up to 40 users per server
  • IPedge EC: Supports up to 200 users per server
  • IPedge EM: Supports up to 1,000 users per server

Unified Messaging – Integrates your voice mail and fax with email

Find me/Follow me – This feature provides cell phone integration such that callers may reach individuals on their cell phones. Incoming calls ring your desk phone and your mobile phone either simultaneously or sequentially, and can be answered at either device. Calls that don’t connect are returned to the IPedge voice mail.

IP Mobility – Combined with find me/follow me this feature shows caller ID of calling party plus allows you to place calls from your cell phone while showing the Caller ID of the office.

Visual Voice Mail – Shows list of all IPedge voice mail messages on your cell phone and allows you to pick any to listen to.

Call Manager – Desktop calls control application can status other extensions, speed dial, and integrate with Outlook contacts (both dialing and “popping”).

Toshiba’s UCedge™ client brings unified communications to Windows® PCs and Mac® OS X® computers and Android™ and iOS® smartphones and tablets. UCedge works on Toshiba’s IPedge® phone systems, as well as Strata® CIX systems with an IPedge Application Server. With client software you can download from the Internet, users gain new levels of convenience, productivity and cost savings, no matter how they access the Toshiba phone system—smartphone, tablet, PC or Mac. Your third-party device works as it always did. Whenever you need it, you can activate UCedge to tap into the power of the Toshiba office phone system and unified communications.
