Larry Dressel President & CEO

Larry Dressel is a senior “hands-on” executive with a proven track record of success in enhancing the growth and competitiveness of organizations across diverse technology-driven services companies. Applying his leadership and management skills he builds customer-centric organizations that deliver greater value to customers. He has over 20 years management experience that includes 14 years with a telecommunications service and equipment provider.

For 9 years Larry was Vice President of Sales and Operations at Fairchild Communications Services (FCS), a telecommunications service firm. Fairchild Communications provided telecommunications services including phone, local & long distance calling, voice mail, cabling and others in large commercial office buildings. Additionally, FCS was a nationwide interconnect and distributor for NEC and Nortel phone systems. FCS sold, installed and maintained key systems, PBX’s and voice mail systems. Larry was responsible for all sales and operational areas and is well versed in all telecommunication disciplines.

Prior to FCS, Larry was General Manager for Integrated Business Systems in Atlanta. IBS was a telecommunications service firm that Larry and his team grew from a startup to $5 million in annual revenue over a four year period. IBS was acquired by Fairchild Communications.

His most recent position was COO at Costar Group (NASDAQ:CSGP), an information provider to commercial real estate professionals. Larry has operations turnaround expertise and has proven ability to provide vision and leadership while facilitating organizational change, process redesign and implementing best practices to increase revenues and improve customer service.

He has a BS Electrical Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology. He is married and has two sons. He enjoys golf and travel.
